In recent years, with more and more attention to the ecological environment and the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, the full rational use of social resources has been unprecedented attention. In our country, the lack of land resources is very serious, annual urban construction land and occupied land area reached a staggering amount, therefore, the barn built in the ground becomes very necessary. Utilization of underground space to build a grain warehouse, not only can solve for ground barn occupy a lot of land resources to reasonable use of space resources, grain storage technology development mainstream direction and the inevitable trend of. Practice has proved the advantages of utilization of underground space for the storage of food, can save for drugs,chemical reagent fumigation and artificial cooling brings a lot of human and material resources, save the large amount of resources, to ensure that the food in the storage quality and safety in the process, so the use of underground space to store grain can well achieve and realize the sustainable development target of green grain storage.Therefore, School of civil and architectural engineering, Henan University of technology has established a special underground warehouse project team, the team after a large number of theoretical and practical research, through optimizing the structure designed and built up the model of underground reinforced concrete circular silo. The underground warehouse inherited the advantages of the original structure of underground warehouse(for example capacity is relatively large, easy access to food, the degree of mechanization is higher) and overcome the original underground warehouse construction process in the construction difficulty, technology supporting construction complex and different problems. The whole structure of the new underground structure is reasonable and has good stability. Through the simulation of the Abaqus finite element software, the stress analysis of the new structure is to verify the strength characteristics of the new structure.Through further analysis and study of the structure, research group proposed by outsourcing steel plate of the new combination way to optimize the overall structure of the method, is inthe outer wall of the underground warehouse through the rivet is wrapped in a layer of steel plate, the use of steel- concrete composite structure in the form of. And carries on the contrast analysis to the two forms of underground structure’s stress.The main research contents are as follows:First of all, the existing mature steel plate concrete composite structure of engineering examples and technology to study and research, analysis of the principle of its stress, and the existing problems. For the connection of steel and concrete, research group according to the actual situation after the study discussed later decided to use stud connectors, namely in the side connected with the concrete welding rivets. At the same time, the steel plate is used as a supporting formwork in the construction stage, and then, the two are connected together by pouring concrete to form a whole structure.Secondly, for stud component connection of steel and concrete by the calculation method of mechanical characteristics and bearing capacity. Select the reasonable thickness of the steel plate and the depth of anchor bolts. In addition, the cause of corrosion of steel plate is analyzed in detail and the relative anti rust method is put forward.Furthermore, this paper selects the ABAQUS software and the beam element and shell element of underground silos structure of calculation and analysis, not only won the granary of the whole structure of the deformation and stress distribution of the silo structure typical of beam and slab internal force value, provide a reference for optimization design of silo structure. The finite element program analysis and simulation are carried out on the stress of each part of the component and the whole structure. By optimizing the structural design, the encased underground warehouse of the silo wall were simulated stress analysis, and the finite element simulation results were analyzed, The improvement and optimization of the strength of the underground structure by using the steel plate is verified.
