| In the implementation process of the vehicle scheduling plan, it will be affected by various disturbances, such as the weather, vehicle breakdowns, customer demand changes. The original vehicle scheduling plan will be shelved. Thus it will have an impact on participants of the distribution system, and the participants act will have a negative effect on distribution system in turn. Therefore, after the interference incident, how to carry out the rescue operation has become the primary task, in the premise of considering each participant behavior perception factors.Based on the systematic analysis of domestic and foreign research status, this paper firstly discusses the basic theory of logistics distribution and interference management and behavior research. Secondly the disturbance caused by the vehicle breakdown is analyzed in quantity from three distribution perception angles of customers, delivery personnel, logistics service providers. And rescue vehicle scheduling model considering three distribution perceptions is constructed. Thirdly simulated annealing algorithm is used to improve the genetic algorithm. The improved genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm are combined to carry out the rescue vehicle scheduling genetic ant colony(GA-ACO) hybrid optimization algorithm. Finally, an empirical study of Handan MeiShiLin(MSL) group is used to get the variable data. And the hybrid algorithm is applied to solve the rescue vehicle scheduling model. And the calculation results of the hybrid algorithm and the GA-ACO hybrid algorithm are compared and analyzed, in order to verify the feasibility and validity of the model. |
