In recent years,while China's social economy is developing rapidly,energy shortages and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,all walks of life have gradually started to use natural gas and other clean energy for production and living activities,but the natural gas resources that have been developed in China cannot meet actual needs.It still has to be imported in large quantities from abroad,and the LNG tank container transportation mode with the advantages of being suitable for transportation,storage,sea and land is born.However,the number of LNG tank containers is small and the cost is high,and the collection of hazardous chemical transportation licenses has higher rents and fewer quantities.Therefore,how to use as few as possible to complete as many transportation tasks as possible is the process of LNG trade.Problems that need to be solved urgently.This article first introduces the theoretical basis of the vehicle scheduling problem,analyzes the LNG tank container transportation mode,and then proposes a new transportation mode.During the operation of the container ship docking port,the truck is used to transport the heavy containers to the customer and the customer The empty containers at the place are shipped back to the port for shipment,and the corresponding cost function is created,including the cost of purchasing LNG tank containers,the management cost of LNG tank containers,the use and leasing costs of trucks,and the penalty costs for delays in returning to port.From the perspective of transportation companies,this paper considers the time window constraints,constructs an LNG tank container vehicle scheduling optimization model,takes the minimum total transportation cost as the optimization goal of the model,and designs a particle swarm genetic hybrid algorithm(PSOGA)to calculate and solve the model Finally,the economics of the transportation mode proposed in this paper are verified by a numerical example experiment.The goal of this paper is to minimize the total cost of transportation,and it has certain application value in formulating the LNG tank container vehicle scheduling program for transportation enterprises.
