Qiqihar car depot shaft repair library was founded in 1954, the library is very old and many times to build, the tooling equipment and the process layout have an old and unreasonable problem, seriously interfere with the production efficiency and quality of maintenance. According to the ministry of transport vehicle of China railway corporation "on the strengthening of railway wagon axles technical management measures":"in principle, the task can be completed on each car factory, in need to have a daily average of 30 pairs" to the requirement of axle assembly ability, Qiqihar car depot repair truck 13000 vehicles, but axle repair existing service ability can reach 25 pairs, unable to meet the needs of vehicle maintenance, restricts the production capacity of car depot. Therefore, combines the condition of Qiqihar car depot existing sites, build a new axle repair library, optimization of shaft repair process, update and add tooling equipment, strengthening the information management system of control, so as to improve the efficiency of maintenance, the implements of the tooling guarantee process, technology of guaranteed quality, the basic principle of quality safety.Qiqihar car depot truck axle repair technology optimization, according to the "truck axle base process line construction guidance" of the request, in the new factory layout again, forming a wheel of income maintenance line, the wheel to breakdown maintenance line, type of RD2 axle processing line, RE2B wheel processing line,RD2 wheel on assembly lines, wagon wheel bearing pressure equipment assembly line, the RD2 and RE2B wheel on spending to check assembly line. Whole process layout the overall implementation of streamline operations, according to the cargo owner of RD2, RE2B wheel type maintenance technical and quality requirements, set up two axle processing line, the wheels of assembly process line, the wheels on spending inspection process line, the whole process to adapt to the RD2 and RE2B type truck wheel on assembling the maintenance work, at the same time, considering the long-term development repair technology design also meet the 80-ton vehicle axle repair work, wheel assembly lines of process design of wheel, axle processing line, processing line and wheel for decomposition line adopts intelligent and automation design, the whole process of mechanical motion, fully embodies the "maintenance and numerical control processing, testing and assembly automation, information process management and production organization, intensive" train of thought.Increase investment in information technology hardware, included in the information management in the new shaft repair technology layout, for intelligent direction, refer to "Big data" management, through the HMIS system establishment, set up 13 HMIS location machines,27 handsets and 5 barcode printers to input data, the workpiece scanning through the code management system, achieve information sharing, purchase one 50 square meters LED digital display,11 post screens,14 sets of wireless WEFI such as information technology equipment, according to the data content, to produce all the data display, for production rhythm control, for key positions and the quality of the product data card control, real-time dynamic control on equipment status, fittings for reserve management, constantly to axle large data statistical analysis, electronic production plan issued at the same time, standardize management of the production process, improve work efficiency, strengthening quality control.To study the layout of Qiqihar car depot truck axle repair process design, realized the axle repair streamline, automation, intelligent production, the original Qiqihar daily for 25 axle repair technology capacity, on the new design of process line, the comprehensive test, daily production capacity can reach to 60, greatly improves the maintenance efficiency and production capacity.
