With the implementation of the "Sanjiang" and other hydropower base construction, the construction scale of Sichuan ultra high voltage power grid is also rapidly increasing. These transmission lines are located in the west of Sichuan and the mountainous area in the southwest of China. Most of these areas are distributed in the natural condition is very poor, no one area or the original forest, to the power transmission line inspection team members of the accident inspection, repair and operation and maintenance management has brought serious challenges. This dispersion is not conducive to the centralized maintenance of equipment and the line inspection work, the power grid is facing greater safety pressure. Manual inspection is still the main mode, but there are the following problems:Work intensity: line operation and maintenance of environment more and more complex, and the line of professional and technical personnel seriously undermanned inspection work labor intensity increasing; safety risk: line operation environment, transmission lines are mostly located in mountainous areas, harsh natural environment, traffic conditions, many routes through unmanned area, line patrol personnel to carry out the work when there is a big security risk; work efficiency is not optimistic: the current line inspection cycle is long, easy to manual inspection because of the distance and angle constraints, not fine inspections, it is likely to form the hidden danger is not found and potential defects; emergency rescue means: Line hidden defects can not be found in time, the lack of remote defect analysis, judgment method, provide the basis for decision-making for emergency rescue is not efficient.In view of the above difficulties, we study and implement the "500k V" transmission line remote intelligent line inspection system". Implementation of the monitoring points and the surrounding environment, tower body, conductors and insulators and fittings, sag, so that managers know the field information in time, the accident nipped in the bud. In line inspection team not reach the area or due to environmental factors can not be line patrol, auxiliary were artificial patrol, than manual inspection more effective more timely, as the state of the transmission line maintenance and inspection found a set of practical and effective solution. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the distribution of transmission lines in Sichuan province and the current status and main characteristics of transmission lines in Sichuan province are introduced in this paper. Then analyzes the current domestic and international research on the transmission line inspection, and for the development trend of the content of the study. And through the system’s demand analysis, the related technology research and the demand analysis finally through the detailed design and the realization, has completed the 500 k V transmission line long-distance intelligent line inspection system design and the realization. |
