Being developed during the past a hundred years, RC frame structures are widely used in middle-rise and low-rise building such as homes, hospitals and shops,because of its advantages of low cost, flexible layout et al. As the growth of the sevisice time, being induced by the corrosion factors in the environment, the rebars in the RC frame structures are corroded easily to be corroded, and the corroded rebars not only lead to the destruction of appearance to the RC structures, but also lead to the degradation of the mechanical properties of materials, and showing a weakened seismic performance of RC structures finally, that will make a more resistanced risk when facing the earthquake. So, corroded RC structures are the object to be researched in this paper, and study theirs seismic performance respectively from three levels, materials, components and structures, and it will providing some theoretical basises to the evaluation, maintenance and reinforcement of corroded RC structures.In this paper, the main researching and conclusions are as follow:1)On the insight of the current literatures, a detailed analysis theory of the corroded mechanism and corroded mechanical properties is carried out;2)Analysis the flexural properties and compressive and flexural properties of basis members(beams and columns) of RC structure under differeant corrosion condition, and with the help of ABAQUS software, andthe method of quantitative of the quantitative analysis is carried out on the mechanics performance of corroded components;3)With the help of ABAQUS software, the hysteretic performance of RC frame columns are studied, and evaluate the degradation law of seismic performance index of corroded RC frame columns in comprehensily, at the same time, the restoring force models of corroded RC columns are established;4)Using the SAP2000 software and the Pushover method to study the corroded RC frame structures,and evaluate the degradation law of seismic performance index of corroded RC frame structures in comprehensily.The final conclusion are, the mechnics index of material, RC frame members and structure will be weakened because of the corroded rebar, and the more corrosion, the more rate degradation of seismic performance index, that will not good to resist the action of earthquake for the corroded RC structures, and that will make a more resistanced risk and serious when facing the earthquake.
