Management System Of Signal Maintenance Tools Based On RFID

With the continuously increasing of the high-speed railway construction and operation mileage in our country,the types,quantity,and the complexity of the technology of the high speed railway signal equipment increased,while the types,quantity of the tools and materials for the repair and maintenance of the high-speed railway signal system also subsequently greatly increased,those bring about lots of difficulties to manage repair and maintenance of the signal system,meanwhile new demands are also put forward in this thesis.The goal of the research is to design and develop the intelligent maintenance management system for the high speed railway signal equipment,including: design and develop the hardware and software of the data management center in the maintenance and management system,develop hand-hold terminal equipment can read the RFID,which is one kind of the electronic standard label.The maintenance management system is composed of hand-hold terminals,chips and management software,and the hand-hold terminal equipment can be carried by the maintenance personnel at the time of maintenance, in this way, it can automatically manage the materials used in the maintenance equipment,greatly improve the work efficiency and automation degree, ensure that the material return number and the serial number are consistent with the list,and prevent forgetting the materials in orbit,thus avoid the occurrence of mistakes or accidents.
