With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, urban area is growing rapidly, but the form a complete set of drainage system has a low standard.When it happened high intensity rainfall in city, due to the inadequacy of ability of drainage pipe drainage system. In recent years, the area and population of Zhengzhou are sustained and rapid development, which make the changing of urban surface, and the low standard of the supporting drainage system make that disasters become increasingly serious urban storm flood. Urban flood not only have an impact on urban residents, but also seriously endanger the life and property safety of urban residents and seriously hampered economic and social development of the city.Faced with increasingly severe urban flood, we should analysis of urban waterlogging water reasons, sim City rainstorm and flood submerged area, delineate key waterlogging area. These can provide the basis for the transformation of urban water and urban disaster prevention and waterlogging decision has important significance and practical value.Flood Situation Analysis and Simulation of flood water in Zhengzhou City urbanized area is taken as the research object and US Environmental Protection Agency’s SWMM is used on the basis of summarizing research current domestic and foreign in the city of rainwater. Model calculation principle and simulation characteristics of the model are analyzed. The study area is generalized according to the runoff yield and drainage characteristics of the underlying surface. When the study area rainwater pipe network is generalized, ground and pipe the double drainage system is adopted. When the model parameters are fixed rate, Outlet water flow and water depth point-factor authentication is adopted. Zhengzhou City Rainwater simulation model is constructed based on SWMM. Model is used to study the process of regional rainfall runoff under different rainfall frequency analysis and research conditions in Zhengzhou city easy to water point analysis. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) On the basis of depth understanding of climate, geography and urbanizationdevelopment situation, the reasons of floods occur is subjected to a preliminary analysis. And in accordance with information of the existing municipal water points.Situation floods of Zhengzhou City is analyzed. The reasons of water points is analysis. According to rainfall runoff data of Zhengzhou City that has been collected,the temporal characteristics of Zhengzhou City, heavy rain, rainfall runoff process and the impact of urbanization on Zhengzhou rainfall runoff process are analysis from the statistical.(2) A flood risk analysis model based in Zhengzhou city Zhengzhou City,torrential rain, geography, topography, economic and other data is constructed, flood risk zoning Zhengzhou City is determined from hazards, disaster-environment and comprehensive analysis of the vulnerability of hazard bearing body in three areas.(3) Zhengzhou city storm flood simulation model is constructed based on SWMM. SWMM model parameters are calibrated using a process flow outlet water depth and water points double, which will not only control the model parameters as a whole, but also on the part of the sub-catchment parameters were calibrated.Surface water point calculation module is added to calculate water points and water depth.(4) For the Zhengzhou storm flood simulation model, different scenarios designed rain storm by Keifer and Chu method were simulated. Study area waterlogging and inundation depth submerged position were simulated, which were analyzed for Zhengzhou city waterlogging range.
