Study On Protection And Renovation Of Huangdao Road Historic Blocks

In recent years,in the process of rapid development of urbanization and urban renewal,we find that the protection and renewal of historic blocks are always the most prominent and the most complicated problems. Therefore,how to solve the problems,making the development of the historic district and urban modernization development process, and explore the historical block protection and renewal strategy,which will be the important problem that urban design and management must token into consideration.During the study period,because the research and analysis on the part of the historic district of Zhongshan Road,so chosing the protection and renewal of the historic district. The historic district of Da Bao island is located in the northeast of Zhongshan Road. It is the early Chinese settlement in Qingdao. It has been concerned about the reform and protection of its current situation.This paper selects the historic district of Huangdao historic district in the southern part of the historic district of Da Bao island as the research object,through a large number of current research and combining with the protection and renewal mode of China and foreign countries and a large number of outstanding cases, focusing on the construction space,cultural features,ecological environment,urban living force and other aspects of the characteristics and problems, from the construction space,planning and designing and updating the protection level of the feasibility of the strategy. For almost all of the street space image,in the streets of outdoor landscape greening configuration,putting forward "heterogeneous" green layout strategy,in order to increasing the recognition of the road,elevating the experience in the space; for the low population vitality,dividing population structure into native,temporary residence and the new population in the future,adjusting the existing population structure,activating the neighborhood,and the single and low commercial format,in the update,putting forward the nearest replacement placement, "one core, a variety of collaborative" format updating methods and economic revitalization strategy. In order to explore a suitable for the protection and renewal of the historic district of Qingdao,and to promote the sustainable and the promotion strategy and experience.
