Now, in the railway station of China, electric interlocking has been replaced by computer interlocking. Compared to the electric interlocking system, the computer interlocking system has many advantages. Computer interlocking system has higher efficiency, more intuitive display interface and more flexible communication ability. However, there is a problem that has been existing for years in the existing computer interlocking system, especially in the china railway. The problem is that there are many safety relay circuit which have the control of all the outdoor signal equipment, and the safety relay circuit are sometimes easy to break down. And the safety relay circuit has many weaknesses. For example, it is not much easy to expand and it do not has much advantages in communicating with other equipment. So, the full-electronic computer locking system with higher efficiency and simpler structure of circuit as well as highly standardized full-electronic intelligent execution unit are coming to us.In this paper, the research object is based on the full-electronic computer interlocking system. And the controlled object is ZD6 DC switcher. We designed an intelligent electronic module so as to control the ZD6 DC switcher. In order to improve the reliability and security, many redundancy measures are taken into consideration. For example, as the central processor unite, three MCUs work together to control the switcher and pick up all kinds of the state information of the switcher. In order to protect the MCU module against the heavy current, several light-coupled devices are taken into the PCB. In order to communicate well with the Interlocking Computer, we tried to apply three redundancy communication method to serve the functional requirement.At last, some measures are taken to protect the full-electronic switch module against the interference. And, some methods are taken to analyze the safety and reliability of the full-electronic switch controlling module.
