Now the 6502 electric centralization and the computer inter-locking system with relays as executive machine is widely used in the field of railway signal controlling. The full-electronic computer inter-locking system is based on intellectualized executive unit is direction of development of future computer inter-locking system.The switch controlling unit in full-electronic computer inter-locking is studied in this paper. The design consists of double Micro Control Unit(MCU), formed by several interfaces, which makes use of two 8-bit embedded Micro Controlling Unit and two Complicated Programmable Logic Devices(CPLD) as hard core. A method of complementarities between electric power device and small safe relay is brought forward. The method resolves effectively the problems that system ought to result in safety after electric power device is struck and drawing arcly of relay when high-power current is switched, which ensures of the security and life-span of the system. In this paper, communication of the Switch Controlling Unit is analyzed thoroughly. The interfaces of CAN bus controller and Micro Control Unit and double Micro Control Units are designed. Then the corresponding procedures including bus communication program and serial communication program are accomplished.In addition, the reliability and the fault-security of the full-electronic switch controlling unit is analyzed and calculated abstractly in this paper. At last, in this thesis we also resolve systematic anti-interference question successfully.
