This paper design of the digital production and monitoring System for Connector, machine data through KEPServerEX collects which software based on OPC, through Historian store data which software based on API, through SAP Mll integrate Historian data and SAP ERP date which is professional manufacturing production data monitoring development software.This paper discusses system framework, hardware select, software program design and final implementation effect. The system realizes production data real-time display, department data sharing, paperless data record.
