Therefore, China’s bridge construction enterprises must accelerate the improvement of their own project construction management level and project efficiency, enhance the market competitiveness, to adapt to the needs of market competition. Research project construction management in the project has a very important practical significance. Due to the road and bridge construction enterprise of large scale of investment, long construction period, the functional planning and technology constitute the particularity of the complex industry, engineering construction management is more difficult, in combination with case based on the conducted in-depth study of FH company to further improve the management level of construction project and for related enterprises in the same industry to deepen the construction project management has certain reference significance.The FH company construction of Ning Chang expressway project is a typical case. Firstly, the paper introduces the related theories of project management, schedule, cost, quality and risk from the start, in-depth analysis of the FH company in Ning Chang expressway project construction management main practice, summarize the successful experience and shortcomings of FH company project construction management. Successful experience mainly for strengthening project management, enhance the company schedule management level, the establishment of a reasonable cost management system, rely on technology to ensure scientific construction plan, strengthen internal management, standard operation of project implementation and other aspects; deficiencies mainly now management thought is lack of innovation, the project risk management needs to be improved, project construction management methods are backward, security system construction behind several aspects. And based on the deficiency, this paper presents the innovative ideas and reasonable transfer construction project risk, to enhance the level of information project construction management, strengthen internal management, improve staff the overall quality and level, and the establishment of a science reasonable project construction safety guarantee system related suggestions for improvement.
