The Planning Study Of Mountain Region Of South Fujian Agricultural Sightseeing Garden Under The Background Of Beautiful Countryside

Agricultural Sightseeing Garden is a new industrial form for optimization of agricultural economic structure, improvement of ecological environment and realization of sustainable development for agricultural sightseeing. Agricultural Sightseeing Garden is different from the traditional agricultural industry development because it is a multifunctional system established in a given area, including productive function, ecological function, entertainment function and technology function, etc. With the continuous economic and social progress and incessant boost of urbanization, the construction and development of Agricultural Sightseeing Garden, which are mainly led by rural sightseeing tourism, has became one of the effective ways to advance new socialist countryside construction. As a key part in the construction of agricultural sightseeing garden, planning is a complex of manifold theories. So it is an important step to master the main planning contents for construction of agricultural sightseeing garden.In recent years, agricultural sightseeing garden is developing rapidly in mountain region of southern Fujian. But there are some problems in a few projects, such as blind following, unreasonable planning and lack of features, etc. Ultimately, it comes down to this:during the project planning process, planning methods and steps were not applied appropriately according to real situation. Under the background that the central committee of the communist part of China has vigorously advocated to develop beautiful village construction, this article discussed agricultural sightseeing garden’s planning in mountain region of southern Fujian, through making good uses of the comprehensive development resources, like its unique natural, cultural and economic resources, to adopt planning measures according to local conditions. Therefore, the main contents studied in this paper are:First, this paper discussed the connotation of agricultural sightseeing garden in mountain region of southern Fujian, based on the relevant concepts of agricultural sightseeing garden in mountain region of southern Fujian and its summary and analysis involved theoretical basis. Second, this paper summarized and analyzed the current situation and existing problems by understanding and grasp of the development of domestic and foreign agricultural sightseeing garden, in order to provide theoretical basis for the planning and study of agricultural sightseeing garden in Fujian Province. Third, on the basis of data analysis and research, this paper employed SWOT analysis to analyze the planning and construction conditions of agricultural sightseeing garden in mountain region of southern Fujian, and to sum up the strategic choice for agricultural sightseeing garden development in mountain region of southern Fujian. Fourth, combined with the example of Kuiyuan agricultural sightseeing garden, this paper summarized the appropriate planning steps and contents for agricultural sightseeing garden in mountain region of southern Fujian, in the hope of providing references for the planning and development of agricultural sightseeing garden in mountain region of southern Fujian.
