Landscape Planning Of Liyuan Agricultural Creative Sightseeing Garden Of Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province

Since the late 1990s, agriculture tourism, mainly catering, fishing and picking,becomes very popular in China with the change of the ideas of tourist consumption and the rise of new economy.However, the booming agriculture sightseeing has been faced with serious landscape homogeneity, chaos in planning, incomplete management, and the lack of sustainable development capability. Based on the present development of industry and the lack of study on the planning of creative agriculture sightseeing park, the author will focus on the introduction of the concept of creative agriculture sightseeing garden and the basic theory and methods of creative science especially creative industries and creative design, including the basic concept of creative learning, the basic theory of the planning of creative industries, the theory of the design of creative products and creative activities, the influence factors of creative landscape, supplemented by experience economics, landscape ecology, tourism psychology and the theory of sustainable development and then use the landscape planning and design technology of landscape architecture to explore the relationship between traditional agricultural production and modern leisure tourism in the planning of agricultural sightseeing garden, in order to realize the comprehensive benefits of agriculture tourism in the three aspects of economy, society and ecology and achieve sustainable development.This graduation design is a landscape improvement and renovation project of the state-owned forest farm in Linxia in Zhangzhou.Based on the study of relevant concepts and characteristics of the creative agriculture sightseeing garden, present situations on creative agriculture sightseeing industry,research on planning of the creative agriculture sightseeing park and case analysis,especially the theoretical research,the author put forward a series of landscape strategy and planning points on the planning of the creative agriculture sightseeing garden.On the basis of study on relevant theory, the author further expand the analysis of project background and the base,putting forward the specific planning principles, basis, characteristics and orientation,etc.This graduation design emphatically starts the work of the overall planning and special planning from the promotion of the tourism values, the improvement of the basic facilities, the protection and comprehensive utilization of forest resources, the transformation of the economy of forest regions, the protection of the ecological environment and the starting of environment education and the fragmentation in forest landscape.With the diversification and conforms to the local context and site characteristics into the landscape facilities, creative agriculture products and leisure activities, it will become a compound mufti-purpose venues, both at the service of the exchange production and recreational activities for peripheral real estate and residential areas, and at the service of city residents with leisure and sightseeing, vacation, entertainment, learning, shopping, production, creation, fitness, live and travel.The planning objectives of this project is making Liyuan creative agriculture sightseeing garden a famous tourism destination and living community with collections of functions,such as creative agriculture, leisure, health, tourism vacation, popular science education in Zhangzhou and Minnan region.And this planning comes from the concept:a pastoral full of drinks and ideas; the best feature of this plan is creativity:taking agricultural products and experience as the core, starting from the children’ growth and education, parents’ tourism and holiday and The old man’s endowment and recuperate, respectively by satisfying children, parents, and the old man’s twelve major needs.The chief meaning of this graduation design is taking basic concepts and methods of creative science into research and practice on the landscape planning of traditional agriculture sightseeing garden, proposing a series of landscape strategies and programming methods of the construction of creative agriculture sightseeing garden based on the basic theories of the creative science,greatly enriching the connotation of agricultural tourism in China,providing necessary reference to the next study on it in the future. The research and practice on the landscape planning of Liyuan creative agriculture sightseeing garden in Zhangzhou will give a hand to solving the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, promoting the reform on forestry economy, and in the meanwhile greatly enhancing awareness on people that the urban and rural areas are deeply interdependent in economy, society and ecology.
