| The conception of construction industrialization has been there when industrial revolution happens in western country, and as the most effective approach to achieving construction industrialization, precast concrete has been widely applied in the world. The study about the application of precast concrete has always been done, but due to some reason, it decreased in our country at the end of last century. Now owing to variety of advantages including increasing productivity, green conceptions, changing of labor forces and so on, precast concrete will develop again when cast-in-situ concrete will have been unfit.The re-development of precast concrete is changing the construction industrial structure. With the new social environment and productivity, the study of precast concrete is not only about production, but also about creative application, for example various expression.This study, which is in the respect of design and expression, is about the application of precast concrete in civil architecture. The background, purpose and meaning, content, method and framework are introduced in the prolegomenon part. The second chaper, in general, describes the development and application of precast concrete from the angle of domestic and foreign, and summarize three important points when designing, including the structure system, standardization and diversification of design. Chapter three and four, which are about the expression of precast concrete, are the main parts of this study. Chapter three describes all kinds of prefabricated units and the application forms of precast concrete, and furthermore, divdes all forms into tree factors according to the degree of structuration. This part is the preliminary study on the expression of precast concrete and the chapter four is further. Chapter four compares the fabricated facades with the traditional wall, and then focuses on the expression of fabricated facades in concrete. This part describes the fabricated facade’s expression by three factors including the way of composition, materials and the texture formed by combine. The last chaper is about conclusion and outlook. It summarizes this paper, describes the shortcomings here and put forward some expectations, in designing, construction and management, to studying precast concrete further.This paper introduces the actualities of precast concrete applied, and especially summarizes the expression of precast concrete. All these done hope precast conrete to get further application and development. |
