Study On The Facade Of Precast Concrete Building

With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the growth in the people's living standards, the resource waste of the external walls during the construction and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent. Prefabricated building, as a new item to tackle these problems emerged gradually, and the construction technique of buildings has become necessary with the trend of building industrialization and strategies of sustainable development. In the 21st century, China's Prefabricated building system have improved continuously, the overall national strength, economic and construction technology all make a significant progress. Also, with an increasing amount of labour force costs, the problems of environment and resources still relatively severe, which are foundation for the development of Chinese precast concrete prefabricated of the external wallsFirstly, this paper demonstrates the history of the developments of fabricated precast concrete facades, which based on the origin and development of domestic and foreign carding prefabricated construction of building facades, especially the outstanding design precast facades case in the United States and Europe. Concurrently, the author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of precast facades deeply, and then summed up the facades of prefabricated structures, the type and the corresponding design and construction process; and in-depth analysis of how to merge the architect in the design with assembly type external wall reasonably be beautiful facade expressive play. Finally, take the specific project application as a case study, in-depth analysis of how architect prefabricated building facades applied to actual projects, and propose a conclusion and future work.Fabricated precast concrete facades play an important role in the development of building industrialization, architectural design, environment and economy. It meets the demand of the modern society as its advantages of fast and convenient installation, design standardization and green pollution-free. Chinese building industrialization has made impressive achievements, but it is undeniable that there is still a gap between China and developed countries such as Europe and America. The aim of this paper is to take it as an example, to provide a reference for design architect in terms of the design of fabricated precast concrete facades.
