Research On Quality Evaluation Of External Thermal Insulation System In Henan Province

China is now the largest developing country in the world, facing the arduous task of developing economy, improving people’s livelihood and building a moderately prosperous society. However, the total production and consumption of energy have continued to increase at a higher base, and long-term dependence on energy imports fill the gap between production and consumption. So to maintain long-term stable and sustainable use of energy resources, it is imperative to comprehensively promote energy saving strategy. Construction and related industries are energy-hungry, which account for more than 20%of total energy consumption, so research and application of energy-saving technologies in the construction industry is essential. External thermal insulation system is an important measure of building energy efficiency, therefore doing well in the evaluation of external thermal insulation system has a very important significance. So there is need to study the quality evaluation system for external thermal insulation.Firstly, establish the comprehensive evaluation system of external thermal insulation on the level of methodology. By means of the concept of life cycle, external thermal insulation system is divided into three life stages, namely the design, construction and operation, and then they are evaluated respectively, which would help to clear the responsibility of the parties involved; After analyzing the constituent elements of the expert scoring evaluation method, it is used to evaluate the external thermal insulation system, constructing quality evaluation of external thermal insulation system.Secondly, discuss the constituent elements of quality evaluation for external thermal insulation system on the level of concrete implementation. The evaluation object is summarized and then determined, the evaluation index is analyzed and then graded and the evaluation weight is discussed and then assigned. In addition, the gathering and processing of evaluation data is standardized. As a result, complete quality evaluation of external thermal insulation system.Thirdly, the contents of the evaluation report are specified, and a simple window program is written with the VBA language of the Excel software. Then the design evaluation of three representative projects are took for example.Finally, it summarizes the results, and points out the deficiency of this paper and the direction that needs to be further studied.
