Research On The Performance Testing And Evaluation Methods Of Existing Building Thermal Insulation Systems

The external thermal insulation system has been widely promoted by the advantages of low construction requirements,low cost,lighter weight and it is able to solve the heat preservation problems in building envelopes in the north area.At the same time,it brings a lot of problems,including cracking,shedding,hollowing,seepage,etc.Shedding of thermal insulation system is most serious among all the problems.This even threatens people's lives and property safety,which causing a high degree of concern.In the first place,the structures,merits and demerits in the performance and the reasons of the accident in practical application of external thermal insulation system are investigated through the method of literature research and field investigation in this paper.On the basis of investigation on external insulation system,the performance requirement is analyzed.And the type of existing building exterior insulation system is determined combined with the basic rules of external insulation engineering.Based on the analysis of the system performance factors,the detection content of connection safety,fire safety,thermal insulation function and aesthetic durability is put forward.In view of the feasibility of the detection technology,the text items corresponding to text contents are determined.The sampling scheme,detection method and technical requirements for each test item are provided.Secondly,the function and application scope of performance assessment of the external thermal insulation system are analyzed.According to the present situation of qualitative index and quantitative index in external thermal insulation system performance test results system are coexistence,by the means of system usual assessment methods,the layered and hierarchical evaluation method is determined,and the assessment indicator system of the comprehensive performance of external thermal insulation system is established.On account of the evaluation results of treatment measures,evaluation criteria and evaluation procedures are put forward.Finally,the external insulation system of individual performance and comprehensive performance are rated,according to performance level of the test items.Eventually,polystyrene board and rock wool board thin plaster walls are taken as object of study.Based on the investigation of the engineering profile and the verification of the relevant data,the safety test items of the system connection are determined,and the connection security of external thermal insulation system is graded according to the test results.The scientificity,reliability and operability of external insulation system connection security and evaluation method are verified,which provides theoretical support for improving the quality defects of external thermal insulation system and increasing the safety of the connection of external insulation system.
