With the development of the current automation machinery products, the automatic machine similar to inner displaced indexing cam mechanism in mechanical products have increasingly significant position. It is composed of an input shaft, shunt gear and shaft, eccentric sleeve, double cam, needle wheel, an output shaft and a box body, has the characteristic of high nonlinear and coupling effect.There we do the vibration and noise analysis of mechanism and propose optimization solution based on finite element analysis which has a high theoretical significance and practical value on promoting the prototype marketization and fully provide thoretical guidance on the dynamic optimization of propotype.First of all, use ADAMS and ANSYS to make the mechanism output shaft to be flexible body, establish a rigid flexible coupling dynamics model and do dynamic analysis, obtained the stress of 12 pin and the vibration of output shaft in a period.Secondly, do the dynamic balance of mechanism based on static balance, use four bar linkageequilibrium equation to calculate the cam inertia force, use the generalized mass substitution method to design the balanced weight mechanism of the shape and assembly position. Do dynamics analysis of adding the balanced weight machanism again and verify the dynamic balance has a great influence on the vibration of output shaft.Then, from the view of impact theory, analysys the effect of processing error and elastic deformation on the mechanism impact. Calculated acoustic characteristic parameters such as sound pressure and sound radiation power transmission system with acoustic theory, thus to calculate the noise of the whole machine.After, considering the influence of the vibration and noise of the whole machine, Do harmonic response analysis to obtain the vibration with workbench, using SYSNOISE to obtain the radiated noise and radiation power of sound box parameters. And then optimize the structure of the gearbox and make verification.Finally, summarize the optimization methods which can improve the prototype structure and prototype experiment. The feasibility of successful operation of prototype shows that the mechanism is available, the experimental study of prototype noise verified the feasibility of the optimization methods. It’s great for further reduce the noise and vibration mechanism, improving the dynamic characteristics, forcing the foundation for the mechanism marketization process.
