With the speeding up of the social science and technology progress,more and more mechanical equipment is applied to the daily production and life.The constant development of mechanical equipment has greatly improved the productivity of the factory and facilitated the daily life of people.However,the development and evolution of any kind of things has its positive side,which inevitably brings its negative influence.The influx of heavy machinery and equipment produces a lot of pollution.The noise pollution is the most significant change brought by the industrialization process compared with the traditional water pollution and air pollution.Noise not only causes unpleasant emotions,but also causes a range of physical ailments such as hearing loss and neurasthenia,which can also reduce productivity and increase mechanical wear.Therefore,how to use reasonable methods to eliminate or reduce the noise is more and more important.Larger particles packing unit scale produce very big noise at run time,in view of the large particles packaging machine,this paper based on the key components for combination weigher weighing system research object,perform analysis and improvement to reduce the noise generated at run time.This topic adopts the method is one of the largest hopper noise in the combined balance for 3D modeling,the finite element model was established based on the three-dimensional model,finite element analysis software ABAQUS to dynamics research,according to the result of analysis,puts forward improvement scheme and test scheme of improving the final conclusion.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the research purpose and significance and the development status of the technology of vibration reduction and noise reduction.The second part is the establishment of the finite element model,the modal dynamic analysis of the established model is carried out,and the natural frequencies and modes of the components are obtained under the simulation conditions.The third part is to test and modal test was carried out on the widget,get test under the condition of parts of each order natural frequency and vibration model,and according to the experimental results validate the result of the finite element model simulation.The fourth part is to optimize and improve the effect,this article from the use of viscoelastic damping materials and increase the damping hole and so on a total of four kinds of optimization improvement scheme is put forward,for each scheme improved finite element model of impact test,obtains each scheme improvement effect.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.
