The Research On Landscape Visual Evaluation Of Qingxiushan In Nanning City Based On Kuang-ao Theory

One of the landscape value is creating an e an environment which lets a person produce positive emotions. To some degree, persons’s mood changes is a kind of the unconscious reaction under landscape’s multiple stimuli, that is the perfect combination of material demands and subjective feeling.The the essence of Kuang-ao theory is building a set of visual evaluation system at the three progressive levels by one thinking about the combination of objective features and subjective visual perception.In this paper, starting from the realistic background of visual pollution, then put forward the analysis and research of the landscape visual perception as the clue of tourists’real needs. Based on Kuang-ao theory, the study takes the Qingxiushan as research object firstly, and next simulates visual experience process with the way of thinking that some objective visual features decides to the turn of subjective visual feeling, and through it, the author summarizes three visual hierarchies about "visual characteristic-*visual perception-*visual feeling" and quantifies the landscape feeling by the form of survey. At last, the article concludes the reaction model of subjective visual feeling to objective landscape characteristics and four suggestions by using some correlation method of statistics and CIM, and moreover still, it proposes four solutions to improves the environment.The main research results are as follows:I、 To verify the rationality of Kuang-ao model about"visual characteristicc-visual perc-eption-^ visual feeling" proposed by Liu Binyi’s team, in addition, make sure the feasibility and correlation of part factors in the survey. II^ From the tourist sample survey in the second half of 2015, there are four influencing factors of the subjective visual feeling come to the data. That’s objective landscape features, education background, tour times, tour purpose. Ill-. To determine the objective landscape features which can affect one person’s mood, and obtain a clear reaction model. This paper is of the opinion that large scale, long distance and open space is more likely to give a person the feeling of broad-minded and peaceful. Rather, Medium or small scale, close distance and semi-closed space are more likely to give a person the feeling of mystery, exciting and interesting. IV-. Through analyzing the landscape samples which got lower scores at the survey, the author summarizes the shortcoming of the samples with referring the reaction modle, and then Put forward six measures to improve the landscape quality of Qingxiushan in Nanning city.
