The Practice And Rethinking Of WuJiashan Area Landscape Control Planning In Dongxihu District, Wuhan City

Urban landscape, according to our understanding, is a concept which deals with not only the physical and aesthetic appearance of urban environment, but also the social consensus and collect memory of citizens. It expresses both the reality of modern urban development and its historical values, covers both subjective world and objective world. So it has a relatively broader meanings which cover physical and nonphysical fields. How to control the process of the formation of good urban landscape under the present wave of large-scale urban development is an urgent problem.Based on the theory and practice of landscape control planing in the domestic and foreign area, emphases on seeking after control plan of city area surround the hill in the city. According to our understanding of the concept of'urban landscape', we divided and developed the planning process at two paralleled level -- physical and social. The paper was divided into four stages as following: put question , analyze theory and practice of landscape control plan, plan practice, review and table a proposal.To combine a long-term and step-by-step program with a view of dynamic synthesis based on the present situation and feasibility. Provided a control system : Wujashan Area land-use planning guidance, Visual corridor control planning, Building height control planning, urban landscape control ordinance in Wujashan Area.The Rethinking aims to sum up some experiences and lessons from the planing:1)Table a proposal for WuJiashan area landscape control planning in Dongxihu district;2)Get more channel for allure landscaping bankroll ;3)Discuss difficulty and advice for dynamicly actualize landscape control planning;4)Actualize dynamic plan for putting landscape control planning in practice ;5)Clue on the inextricably problem in this planning which is important .
