As the key part of the ship lock, the corridor structure has the characteristics of large volume, long length, uneven thickness of the surrounding walls, asymmetry, linear complexity, construction difficulty and so on. At the same time, the requirement of the concrete in the water delivery corridor of the ship lock has high impact resistance and wear resistance and crack resistance. Therefore, it has important practical significance and research method of temperature control measures of mass concrete culvert.On the basis of Changzhou Hydraulic Complex three line four line shiplock engineering, according to the characteristic of the culvert structure, mainly of culvert polypropylene fiber concrete were temperature control research.(1) First elaborated the large volume concrete of the definition, characteristics, development status, the polypropylene fiber concrete excellent physical properties and mechanical properties of, and polypropylene fiber at home and abroad research status and application of summing up the concept of polypropylene fiber concrete temperature crack, characteristics, causes and harm;(2) According to the domestic and international large volume concrete temperature control research experience, from the theory and practice of studied temperature field and temperature should be stress, and temperature control measures for crack prevention, emphatically probes into the selection of large volume concrete raw materials, mix ratio optimization, cooling water pipe, pre cooling aggregate, construction technology selection and maintenance etc. temperature control measures;(3) Binding of Changzhou Hydraulic Complex three line four Line Shiplock culvert engineering, and puts forward a set of temperature control and crack prevention measures, temperature control and crack prevention technology system and management system is established.
