| Abstract:Along with the social development, the application of massive concrete structure is becoming more and more extensive, accompanying with the problem of the concrete crack perplexing engineering technician. This paper mainly studies the concrete temperature field with water circulating cooling system, in order to provide an effective theoretical basis and technical support for the engineering practice, and then we can form a more reasonable construction scheme to avoid temperature cracks and improve the durability and bearing capacity of the concrete structure. For this, the research has been done as follows.The relationship between the internal temperatures in massive concrete structure with crack has been studied, and the main impact factor of the concrete temperature constringency crack has also been discussed.In the basis of collecting, reading a lot of references, establishing reasonable model based on the principle of heat conduction and calculating the internal raft foundation temperature field of mass concrete surrounded by cooling water by numerical analysis. Try to know the distribution and variation of temperature in concrete structure and determine the temperature of circulating water in the cooling process.According to an actual project, the mass concrete of the raft foundation temperature was real-time monitoring, through calculating the internal temperature stress of concrete by the measured temperature and the comparison between the theoretical result and measured result, analyzing the effect of the cooling water to the temperature field, which is provided by the calculation of temperature field through numerical analysis, and providing basis for preventing the temperature contraction cracks effectively in the construction process of mass concrete.
