Bridge structure is applied to engineering construction field more frequently, along with the upgrading of country’s public infrastructure construction. More and more bridges use rotating construction method because of its unique advantages, which is: firstly, it can be used in on-site pouring or assembling,while applying to complex terrain of the mountain canyon. Secondly, we can use the rotation system of swivel construction of ball bearing and slides in order to reduce the difficulty of construction. Thirdly, through the construction of swivel, we can finish the construction crossing existing railway, highway and waterway bridge without impact on vehicles passing and channel navigation.In a word, rotating construction is convenient and efficient, it can avoid complex high-altitude operations, and improve the social and economic benefits.Monitoring is not only an important part of the bridge construction technology, but also the key to ensure the safety and quality of the construction of the bridge.In order to ensure the safety of construction, the rationality of alignment and structure internal force of the completive bridge,we must carry out construction supervision.Now the popular method of bridge construction monitoring includes adaptive control theory and method of correcting the end-point control theory. Because the real-time of the data which correction endpoint control method requiring in monitoring can not be guaranteed, and its feasibility is relatively worse than adaptive control method, so we will use adaptive control method in this paper.We monitored the construction process of Zhang Tang railway across the Daqin Railway Bridge swivel construction in this paper. According to the data which calculated from the finite element software MIDAS/Civil valuing, We monitored and analyzed the calculation results of the stress for the control section of the box girder stress. Then, we proposed a reasonable ring camber,and finally, we achieved the purpose to realise a reasonable distribution of internal force and alignment of the bridge.We analysed the bridge rotation process system, using simulation analysis of finite element software. According to the data which calculated from the finite element software ANSYS valuing, we monitored and analysed the calculation results of the concrete stress in turntable rotation system, to ensure the safety of rotary construction.At the same time, we designed and tested the weighing test of the construction technology of the bridge swivel, also, we calculated the balance weight according to the unbalance torque test principle, which provided technical and data support before the swivel counterweight, to make sure that the swivel of the bridge be smoothly and safely.
