With the development of science and technology,Chinese bridge construction is also developing rapidly.Bridge construction is not only affected by technology,tools and environment,but also by regional terrain.However,the development of swivel construction has solved such problems.In the application of bridge engineering,swivel construction is very important,but the loss caused by its instability can not be ignored,so it is of great significance to study the swivel construction technology of bridge.In bridge construction,it is necessary to timely monitor and detect the quality and safety in the process of beam construction,and adjust and improve the errors and problems in the construction process.In bridge construction,it is necessary to timely monitor and detect the quality and safety in the process of beam construction,and adjust and improve the errors and problems in the construction process.This paper relies on the construction characteristics of the(72+120+72)m rotating continuous beam spanning the 207 Provincial Highway and the existing Longhai Railway to monitor each construction stage,and analyze and study the stability of the rotating process at the same time.The research content is as follows:(1)In order to ensure that the alignment of the completed bridge meets the requirements of the current "Code for Design of Concrete Structures",a full bridge model is established to simulate and analyze the force and displacement changes in each construction stage,and determine the pre-camber value and formwork erection of each stage Elevation.(2)In order to ensure safe and effective construction in each key construction stage,safety check calculations are carried out on the forces of the No.0 block bracket and the temporary consolidation system.(3)It provides a guarantee for the high-precision closure of the entire bridge.The measured value and theoretical value of each construction stage are analyzed and compared.The difference between the two values is small to ensure that the force and line shape of each construction stage are within the control range.(4)In order to ensure the smooth rotation of each "T" structure,each "T" structure was weighed before turning,and the stress state of the rotating ball joint at different rotation angles was numerically simulated and analyzed.The influence of different eccentricity on the rotating spherical hinge and the rotating "T" structure,and the maximum eccentricity of the rotating "T" structure in a stable state is obtained.At different rotation angles,the stress of each part of the swivel bridge is in a safe state,and the spherical hinge has a certain degree of self-adaptation.Through the monitoring of the beam construction process to ensure the performance of the beam body;through the beam body weighing and unbalanced moment analysis,accurate counterweight is realized to ensure the safety of the rotating process;through the local force analysis of the spherical hinge,accurate judgment is made The speed of the beam.
