Building template is one of the important tools in the concrete structure engineering construction. For the engineering construction, Curved template is necessary for some curved and towering steel bar concrete structure. There are some cambered structure system current commonly used in the construction, such as wooden and steel template system, but both of them are complex and low efficient. This paper presents a novel deformable PVC construction template that not only can be used as templates to use ordinary PVC, has the advantage of plastic template, but also can generate corresponding deformation according the cambered structure, namely,it can be used repeatedly when curved to different curvatures,which changed fundamentally traditional cambered template. The template has applied for national invention patent.Contents of this paper are mainly the following aspects:(1) Proposes a new idea surfaces building construction template:To manufacture the deformable PVC construction template, place carbon fiber heating wire in the molding mold, then cast the PVC raw material. Carbon fiber heating wire can produce heat after energized, in order to heat the building templates. Then the building templates can bend to different shape. After cooling off, it fixed to be curved shape template.What is more, the template can be charged and used repeatedly when bent to curved surface with different curvatures.(2) The use of finite element analysis software ANSYS, simulation of the heating process PVC plastic template proves the feasibility of the idea, provides guidance for the actual experimental operation. The results of simulation show that the overall temperature of the power-540 S template can achieve 80 ℃.(3) Analysis of the bearing capacity and deformation capacity deformable PVC template by ANSYS software. The simulation results show that the mechanical properties of carbonfiber reinforcement template slightly, the same carrying capacity and carrying capacity of ordinary PVC template deformable PVC template, deformable PVC template can replace ordinary plastic template; simulate deformable PVC template in actual use the deformation,the maximum deformation amount is far less than 1.88 mm template construction standards.Deformable templates PVC has good mechanical properties, can meet the template construction requirements.(4) Through practical experiments demonstrate the feasibility of PVC plastic building templates can be deformed. Carbon fiber heating 23 min after deformable PVC template temperature reached 80 ℃, PVC plastic template at this time in the glassy state with high plasticity, can be bent to a radius of 100 mm template arc, fixed shape after cooling,electrically heated template again, you can the template is pressed into a curved plane template. Deformable PVC template can be repeated to accommodate the deformation of the surface construction requirements of different shapes.
