Construction aggregate is an important and indispensable building material,including pebbles,gravel,sand,slag,construction waste recycling,etc.In recent years,because of the rapid growth of the construction of infrastructure and civil residence,the demand for quantity of crushed stone aggregate was increasing rapidly.The crusher is the processing equipment of building aggregate,however,due to the lack of mechanical properties,the problem of the quality of the crushed stone aggregate has been existed for a long time,and it is also one of the urgent problems to be solved in the construction industry.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the aggregate crusher are tested and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the aggregate crusher are optimized,the quality of crushed stone aggregate has been improved.In this paper,the static performance of the moving jaw and rack are tested and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the moving jaw and rack for optimization analysis.Because of the moving jaw and frame structure is relatively complex,using the traditional analysis method is difficult to achieve rapid accurate calculation.In this paper,its mechanics performance was performed by ANSYS software.Some conclusions are drawn as follows:1.In order to verify the accuracy of the ANSYS simulation process,the strain of the aggregate crusher was tested by YJ-4501 A strain gauge,and compares the test value with the ANSYS numerical simulation.The accuracy of ANSYS simulation is proved by comparison,the results of finite element analysis can provide reliable data for the analysis of the mechanical properties of the aggregate crusher.At the same time,the ANSYS simulation results can provide more reference data,which can provide more comprehensive parameters for the optimization of the mechanical properties of the crusher.2.Based on the results of finite element analysis and electrical test,the mechanical properties of three kinds of WD1,WD2 and WD3 were analyzed,themechanical properties of WD2 type moving jaw is relatively good,but the local stress distribution is uneven and the total mass has downward space.3.Therefore,the ANSYS finite element software is used to optimize the mechanical properties of WD2 y,the improved WD2 y movable jaw was obtained.Compared with the original structure,the stress distribution is relatively uniform,the quality dropped by about 5%.4.On the basis of the above analysis,the mechanical properties of the frame are optimized,The stress distribution tends to be uniform by properly removing the constraint of the movable jaw and increasing the degree of freedom.The average stress drops to about 210 MPa,the overall mechanical properties of the aggregate crusher are improved.
