The Large Commercial Building Fire Risk Analysis And The Establishment Of The Assessment Index

In recent years, people’s requirements for economy, culture and materials are more and more abundant along with the rapid development of our economy. Especially because of the urbanization development, more and more large marketplaces arise in people’s horizon. These large marketplaces locate in the city center and distribute as business district. In the meanwhile of bring convenience, relaxation and entertainment, all kinds of potential safety hazards are hidden. The characteristic of the large marketplace is as following, big scalebuildings, big space span, central escalator, dense personnel and big mobility, a lot of electric utility and equipment, long business hours, a lot of goods with big fire loading, complex finishing material, many kinds of business lines.Because of the strike of E-business, the traditional business have developed gradually from the primary single management of clothing, jewelry and supermarket to add the cinema, park, entertainment,catering, fitness such integrity sites. And the characteristic of such sites are all with dense personnel,complex and luxury finishing material, a lot of electric utility and equipment, so they are usually the sites with big potential of fire hazards. Once a fire, it’s easy to generate stereoscopic burning and spread rapidly if any one of the control element fails. And it will cause big casualty, loss of enormous fortune and may form very nasty social impact.Based on the analysis of fire case at home and aboard and aiming at the characteristic of large marketplacefire, this article discusses the fire risk of large marketplaces using safety check list method, establishes the assessment system and model using FTA Method.The fire factors of large marketplace have been evaluated, the key risk factor and prevention action to fire accident have also been pointed out in this paper. The writer analyses the fire prevention action for her working marketplace, gives her view for fire safety management in large marketplace and assembly occupancies.
