With the power of technology, deepen, power quality market economy by the researchers and the user’s attention, power quality comprehensive evaluation, many researchers have become interested in research. Power quality assessment is complex and dynamic, to establish a reasonable power quality assessment model is an important prerequisite for power quality assessment. Energy as a green secondary energy, is widely used in production, all areas of life of the community, to meet the needs of modern society electricity premise power quality problems have also been a cause for concern and affect the national economy all aspects of poor power quality affect people production, life and impact hazards. Therefore, on the basis of constructed power quality comprehensive evaluation system based on the harmonic detection method of power quality classification and reviewed, and ultimately power quality comprehensive evaluation.For more in the medium and voltage distribution grid needs and characteristics. this paper will present the distribution of several techniques commonly used in the communication networks, Power Line Communication(PLC), EPON and GPRS were compared through performance analysis,real-time technical differences and security analysis, is proposed based on low-voltage distribution network Mesh network communication systems. Wireless Mesh Networks self-configuring, self-organizing, adaptive features such as breaking the traditional network to network restrictions, easy remote transmission of the required information is one of the intelligent distribution automation development. And from there determine QoS performance indicators in real-time and reliability of data transmission demonstrate the availability of wireless Mesh network, while combining the smart grid in low voltage distribution network of business types, designs a data acquisition Zigbee-based communication technology module and elaborate hardware and software aspects.
