| During the Ground testing process of aviation, aerospace and other aircraft, the measuring systems occupy an increasingly important position, in which external multiple-signal automatic test system is responsible for providing flight test in a variety of signal status, parameters, and at the same time to collect fly test telemetry data, simulation mode signal. That the ground test system running efficiently and stably accelerates the development of aircraft, and provides effective help to improve the follow-up model.In this paper, on a project of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology as the basis, in a modular, universal design ideas, combined with the actual project requirements, put forward to the overall design of Multi-signal automatic test device of external system design and implementation using Ethernet. According to mission requirements mainly to solve the following key technologies: Simultaneously transmits two different image data, and the image data of the self-test can be realized; The ping-pong operation FIFO to achieve the reception of two-way simultaneous PCM data at the rate of 1.96608 Mbps through an Ethernet port back to the PC for analysis; Designed and implemented by the completion of a four-port isolation voltage output binning; Analysis the signal integrity of image board PCB.Through the solid-state memory for image data acquisition, to analysis the accuracy, stability of the image data; Receiving an analog switching signal, and the analog signal state is determined;To verify the reliability of equivalent external system, the paper set up a test system, to collect and analysis the image data and the PCM data. In addition, also by a large number of the debugging simulation to do logical and timing analysis to ensure the products are foolproof, achieve the stability and accuracy while ensuring the development progress. |
