Ethernet Transmission And Processing Of Voltage Transformer Partial Discharge Signal

As the fast development of electric power industry and the improving of electric power gradation, transmission capacity is increased continuously. Large-scale voltage transformer operates safely, which the importance of insulation is more important. The importance of detection to voltage transformer partial discharge on line, and present state and trend of development of which in and abroad is described in this paper. An effective detection circuit of voltage transformer partial discharge signal and high speed data transmission circuit are designed. As the development of embedded technology and network technology, the technology of dada transmission by Ethernet is being sophisticated. The Ethernet technology is applied to the high speed data transmission and process system in this paper.According to the analysis of voltage transformer partial discharge signal, the method of pulse current is used to detect partial discharge, the data is transmitted by the method of Ethernet which is fast and remote. By comparison with digital signal processor and network slug, TMS320F281 and RTL8019AS is used to realize the data transmission in the hardware circuit.This design is based on the Ethernet of 32 bit DSP. The difficulty is compiling the protocol of TCP/IP. By reading and comprehending of large quantity material, the data transmission of DSP Ethernet is completed. In the hardware, Altium Designer 6 is used to design PCB plate. Then the hardware circuit is completed.In the design of software, VC++6.0 is used to receive the Ethernet data, and the data is stored to SQL Server 2000.In remote service, ASP.NET is applied to link the Web set and observe remote data in local area network. In the end, by analysis of the result, the method of embedded network is realized interconnection between DSP system and Ethernet. By the storage and trace of data, the remote supervisory of voltage transformer partial discharge signal is realized.
