Along with the rapid development of China Railway, at present many railway station has been unable to adapt to the passenger and freight change requirements and backward function, adverse environmental and many other ills has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve these problems, the urgent need for new construction, renovation station. The new project of Harbin Railway Bureau Shangzhi Railway Stations is supporting the project of Harbin Mudanjiang electrification railway, and passenger special line. The station construction project has the characteristics of short duration, complex functions, many construction links, large technical management span, more cooperative units, large social impact and so on, different from the general civil construction project requirements. Because there are a lot of factors that will affect the progress of the project, It is easy to cause the project to be postponed, which will bring the negative effect to the society. Therefore, the schedule management of comprehensive railway station construction project has become the important topic that cannot be ignored by the railway management department and construction units.The main research direction of this paper is the preparation and optimization of project schedule. Is divided into 4 chapters. Chapter 1 is a brief introduction, unfolding the background, intention and significance of this study, domestic and international research of project schedule development history and theoretical basis, and introduces the main research content and the method. Chapter 2 mainly introduces the Hatie Shangzhi station station project, and has carried on the analysis to the existing problems in the project schedule management. The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main body of the thesis.In Chapter 3,Taking Shangzhi station station construction projects as the research object,Using project management theories and methods, systematically introduces the schedule of the project formulation process, Mainly adopts the Work Breakdown Structure, Gantt Chart, Network Planning Technology and Critical Path Method. According to the characteristics of the project, specifically describes how to create a work breakdown structure, analysis of project work relations and estimate the project work time, set up the project organization and project responsibility assignment matrix, Initially developed the project schedule Gantt chart, and then use the network planning chart to determine the project’s critical path, At last, through analyzing the process of the project critical path, Find out the time to complete the compression process to complete the process, use of time optimization method can shorten the critical path time of the project, to develop a project schedule in line with the goals of the project time limit. Chapter 4 mainly introduces the safeguard measures of the implementation of the project schedule, including the organization, management system, technology and resources security measures.At the end of this paper, the research of this topic is summarized, The theory and method of project management have great directive function to the practice of engineering project, schedule network analysis method is is the foundation of scientific development schedule, to help the project management to sort out items of the context, to find the key node in the project schedule control, scientific reasonable will shorten the construction time, ensure the realization of the objectives of the project.Study on schedule management of Shangzhi station station construction project adopted the advanced methods of project schedule management, and have achieved satisfactory results in practice, The project has been completed and put into use according to the schedule. The comprehensive and systematic scientific analysis of the project schedule managemen, May provides a reference for the similar construction project schedule management, It has certain theoretical significance and practical guiding significance in practice.
