| Urban freight transport system is an important part of the city’s comprehensive transportation system, with the rapid development of modern logistics industry, increasing demand for urban freight transport, which directly led to internal truck number of cities rise, not only to urban traffic tremendous pressure, also contributed to urban congestion and environmental pollution. Since small and medium-sized cities in the initial planning stage, incomplete infrastructure, and therefore pressure on urban traffic is particularly serious. Urban planning is a freight system urban freight node, freight corridors, freight network, urban traffic control, cargo information system for the integrated planning, while coordinated with urban planning, land use layout. On the basis of researches urban planning documents and status of freight transportation system planning, Dazhou, for example, research and analysis of China’s small and medium-sized cities in the freight transportation system, including the constitution, the prediction method of urban freight system and freight demand model, location and layout nodes freight, cargo channel level classification. It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent instance nodes, channel planning and so on. In addition, the paper analyzes the small and medium size cities and urban freight system planning differences, freight system planning domestic medium and small cities have important practical significance. Based on the demand for freight transport survey, the size of Florida freight nodes were estimated to improve the layout scheme freight node, and the status quo Florida shipping channel for layout scheme of freight corridors on this program, put forward reasonable freight system planning programs aimed at small and medium-sized cities to improve the efficiency of freight, reducing the impact of freight traffic on urban transport, reduce environmental pollution caused by freight traffic. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of research, and for further research in the future. |
