| Construction quality evaluation can not only help the building owner have a more clear understanding of the quality of the product. In addition to the transformation from X company to the real estate business, the establishment of quality evaluation system can help X company to find out the main problems existing in the quality management, which is targeted to improve their ability of quality management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The main contents of this paper include:(1) Built a set of construction engineering quality evaluation system of X company. This paper built the evaluation system from the quality of survey, design and construction. The evaluation of survey quality include:the consistency of survey results with the actual situation, the quality of the survey company quality management, and the quality of survey reporting. The evaluation of design quality include:the design documents quality and construction quality. The evaluation of construction quality include:the level of construction projects quality and construction quality management performance.(2) Evaluated the quality of XX project developed by X company. This paper apply the evaluation system evaluated the quality of XX project developed by X company. The evaluation result is that the overall quality is good, but there are a lot of problems in the progress of construction such as schedule delays, design changes frequently, budget inaccurate, quality management system is imperfect, inadequate execution.(3) Proposed some improvement measures for the XX project quality problems. This paper proposed some improvement measures for the XX project quality problems, including: 1) Strengthen the engineering quality control; 2) Strengthen communication and coordination of each constructor; 3) Strengthen the construction process management; 4)Strengthen accept equality control; 5) Prepare for construction quality assurance work in the rainy winter and other special weather. |
