Study On The Application Of BIM In The Design Of A Hospital Project

In recent years, rapid development of architectural industry in our country,through the traditional manual drawing drawings and CAD drawing time, but traditional design mode and technology has been unable to adapt to the development of today’s society, we now the architecture industry development direction is oriented industrialization, science and technology and sustainable development, the emergence of BIM Technology is to cater to this trend. In this paper, the use of BIM technology to a hospital design, construction stage analysis, the main contents are as follows:First introduced the origin of BIM technology and related knowledge, based on the BIM related series software, the specific analysis of the use of BIM technology in a hospital project. Then, through the analysis of natural lighting, the project in the planning scheme of sunshine, indoor air flow, to meet the requirement of sustainable development of green national norms and meet the actual use; and the personnel safety evacuation, outpatient and hospitalized patients with continuous flow,construction process, etc. in underground excavation TRD the design phase uses BIM software to simulate the goal is to make the project emergency on the operation stage,and simulation analysis are similar; especially deepen design in design and construction, to avoid the collision induced rework, reduce costs, ensure the quality of building engineering. Finally, according to the BIM Technology in this project are from the quality control, progress control and investment control aspects of effectiveness analysis and using chart reflects the project using BIM Technology brings the advantage, and on the BIM Technology Development Prospects to attract more project related personnel concerned BIM, affirming its value, and to provide the reference for research and extension of Bim in our country.
