At present, hypervelocity technology has become an important technology which is researched by Great Powers of military affairs of the world, and the correlative researches of hypervelocity weapons have been considered to important instruments to the Great Powers of military affairs which want to consolidate or exalt the status in the world. Combat effectiveness research is an essential and basic research of the correlative researches of hypervelocity weapons. It can do a directing effect to improve hypervelocity weapons' combat abilities and can provide new methods to constitute scientific combat theories and principles. A certain integrative combat abilities of hypervelocity weapons such as survival ability, penetration ability, damage ability and so on, which provide some decision-making information for combat management, can be also gotten by evaluating combat effectiveness.The main research content in this paper is effectiveness evaluation of air-launched hypervelocity cruise missile to surface. Mathematical models of every submodule including three degrees of freedom ideal trajectory project, penetration probability, damage probability and integrative combat effectiveness of hypervelocity cruise missile are built by matrix E = A·D·C founded by WSEIAC, which is considered to be the framework in this paper. And a simulation procedure is designed and developed by using Visual C++. At last, the whole model and programme are validated by an example, and combat effectiveness of hypervelocity cruise missile is detailedly analyzed and evaluated.The combat effectiveness model built in this paper will be one part of hypervelocity cruise missile combat simulation model, and be prepared for founding and researching the whole simulation model. Also, the work in this paper can be referenced by correlative researches and experimentation of hypervelocity cruise missile in future.
