During the running process of the railway passenger train, the friction of the wheel and axle causes a lot of heat of the bearing. If the bearing temperature is abnormally high, the passenger train will be in a deteriorating state. In this case, if not treated in time, it will lead to bearing fracture and deformation, and even the train may have a hot or burning shaft accident, which always causes irremediable loss. Axle temperature data analysis system realizes the function of axle temperature data automatic reading and analysis, it will use the card reader to read the IC card data automatically, and then the diagnostic analysis is carried out by computer application. However, the existing axle temperature data analysis system only supports local data query analysis, and can’t achieve remote data diagnosis analysis and sharing. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the axle temperature analysis system is improved. The internet and database technology are fully utilized. The remote diagnosis and analysis of axle temperature and inspection record are realized by J2EE architecture.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the analysis system of the axle temperature and the inspection data for passenger train. The domestic and foreign research present situation is analyzed. The content, purpose and method of the article are described. To lay the foundation for the follow-up work, B/S system structure, Struts2 technology, Spring technology, Hibernate technology and Oracle database technology are described. Secondly, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the system from the economic feasibility, technical feasibility, social feasibility and management feasibility. The business process of the system is described and the system is analyzed by using UML, and the logical business module of the system is derived. The Seven key modules are data read, data query, handover management, equipment management, data management, system settings and station mail. The performance requirements of the system are described in terms of system security and robustness. The system network architecture, software architecture, business module function and database are designed in this paper. Then, this paper uses the UML to design the key business module of the system, and uses the relational table to design the system database. Finally, this paper describes the system environment, and the core program of the system is given, the operating diagram of the key business module is shown too. At present the system_have been test in Beijing west inspection workshop of Beijing railway administration. During the probation period, it showed that it has good usability, reliability and security, which can meet the function of the electronic transfer and remote diagnosis analysis of axle temperature data for passenger car.After the analysis system of axle temperature and inspection record of passenger car is deployed. It can realize the function of remote diagnosis and analysis of the axle temperature and the inspection data. This system provides the important basis for the leader’s daily decision making and analysis. Train running safety is ensured, and the information management level of the railway passenger car will be further improved.
