Ordinary winding machine is an equipment that wind the linear object to a special open workpiece and it is widely used in copper wire, aluminum wire, textile line electric heating wire and so on, relating to almost all aspects of human life. It plays an important role in national economy development. What’s more, nowadays, the demand for beauty of people increases greatly. People are willing to make themselves beautiful by trying various kinds of hairstyle decoration. Using cheap and practical rubber band to braid has gained much popularity as a simple way, however, at present, both in our country and abroad, most of rubber band is made by hand and there is no such small loop in the form of flexible winding equipment. Meanwhile, the increasing needs and requirements of the winding machine has brought new opportunities for winding machine manufacturing industry development. The traditional winding machine often has the problem of uneven quality, low efficiency and high cost, so it is urgent to make a closed-loop flexible coil winding equipment.This paper uses the way of simulating artificial action to analyse the action of closed-trailing elastic winding machine. Through summarizing experiment analysis, we can design, analyse and calculate the overall structure of the rubber band winding machine, and renovate the system structure of rubber band winding machine, especially the key part. Finally, through the simulation and software analysis, we can verify the feasibility and reliability of the design, which making useful research, for the future of small loop flexible coil winding.The research mainly includes the following:Through analyzing the working process of the manual winding, we elaborate the basic principle and design requirements of rubber band winding, introduce the research and designment of elastic winding machine and put forward the research direction and target of the elastic winding machine. Through the experiment of determining friction rub wheel system parameters and influence of elastic section, we ensure the feasibility and reliability of the movement, and conclude that institutions can complete the corresponding mechanical action. We introduces the key point of elastic ring automatic winding, put forward the overall design scheme and system composition, calculate the parameters of the design and propose the control system plan of rubber band winding machine.We use three-dimensional design software of SolidWorks to make simulation analysis and introduce design flowchart of it. By using this software, we build three-dimensional model of the assembly equipment, and conduct interfering review. We use the ANSYS software to analyze finite element according to the true situation. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the rubber band winding machine platform supporting system meet the requirements, and it was also verified to meet stability requirements. To sum up, the initial design of the structure of the platform supporting system is reliable and reasonable.
