The rubber bearing has the advantages of shock absorption,earthquake resistance,large deformation,easy to install and processing,cheap.It has been widely used roads,bridges,buildings and so on.The performance of the equipment affects the seismic performance of the related engineering,therefore,it is necessary to design a special test equipment to detect the pressure performance of the vibration isolation rubber bearing.This paper analyzes the current research status of the existing anti-vibration rubber bearing shear test machine at home and abroad,aim at the existing stress concentration phenomena and the oil leakage in the low oil cylinder,analysis of the principle of the compression shear tester,the design of the main structures such as the cylinder block,gantry frame,horizontal shearing mechanism,vertical pressure mechanism,and trolley delivery mechanism was designed,and the compression shear test was established in three-dimensional modeling software.The overall machine model completes the design of the hydraulic control system and electrical control system for the compression and shear testing machine.The finite element analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of the cylinder block,the upper beam and the column,and the technical performance indicators of the press-shear testing machine were compared.It was found that the design of the crude oil cylinder support,upper beam and column structure has great room for optimization.Based on the finite element analysis,the key components are optimized by the combination of topology optimization and size optimization.The results showed that on the basis of meeting the static and dynamic characteristics of the key parts of the test machine,the new oil cylinder seat structure has reduced 12.21%,the new upper beam structure quality has decreased by 8.43%,and the new column has reduced the structural quality by 10.44%.The purpose of lightweighting the basic components.The optimized key components were introduced into the press-shear testing machine for static and dynamic analysis of the whole machine.The analysis results showed that the entire machine structure meets the design requirements.At the same time,the design of the hydraulic synchronous control system and the design of the electrical control system were carried out on the compression-shear testing machine for seismic isolation rubber bearings.Through the designing and researching of the rubber bearing testing machine,the lightweight design of the structure was realized,the manufacturing cost of the testing machine was reduced,and it had important reference value for the design and optimization of the structure of the four-cylinder overhead loading compression shear testing machine.
