Railway freight volume accounted for the proportion of the total domestic freight transport has a downward trend, recently. In order to improve the competitive advantage of railway freight transportation, it is necessary for the railway transportation system to self-adjustment. Railway terminals as transport force make the result of a bridge and ties in organization of wagon flow in railway terminals.And it operation effect is closely related to the economic benefits of the whole hub, even the road network. Taking the railway terminals as the studying object, the work of the paper concentrates on the aspects listed as below:1. The paper analysis of the organization theory of the transship trains in railway terminals and the contents of the real goods business. Based on this, paper mainly discusses the railway freight reform impact of organization of railway terminals from the three aspects of freight service level and station capacity, daily plan.2. Based on the model assumptions and constraints, the paper builds organization of transship trains in railway terminals model under real goods business.3. According to the characteristics of the model, the heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model. And through the comparative analysis of the heuristic algorithm, the author chose the simulated annealing algorithm to solve the model. Considering its disadvantages the paper try to improve the algorithm strategy operation, and give the key parameters of the simulated annealing algorithm. According to the simulated annealing algorithm, the general flow of the algorithm is designed.4. In order to examine the validity of the model and algorithm, the model and algorithm are verified by numerical examples. According to the service level requirements, and the conditions of freight station meet the corresponding time window, the paper could offer organization solutions of transship trains in railway terminals. The solutions contain quantity of dispatched and routes of the locomotives of railway terminals.
