Construction industry as the pillar industry in the national economic system is closely bound up with people’s life. If the quality questions in the construction are found, threat may be forced onto the people’s lives and property. As the construction industry develops and population growth display the tendency of imbalance in recent years, the competition in construction industry becomes aggravating. Thus, the quality of construction must be ensured to avoid huge losses. But if the construction project resource allocation is just ensured all by the engineers, the quality management of construction will be disturbed by outside elements. For that reason, it is necessary to introduce the quantifiable dynamic reliability index to the quality management system of construction, which can make a quantitative analysis of the evaluation systems about the quality management of construction. By analyzing the influence fact based on the data changes of reliability from the process of management of construction, the ability of quality management of construction will be enhanced.This paper mainly analysis the quality management system in construction field, on the basis of the grey correlation method, the nonlinear reliability optimization method which influenced by the five factors is established. Compared with several reliability optimization algorithms, adaptive simulated annealing algorithm is adopted to research on the reliability optimization finally. The main research content is as follows:(1) The domestic and overseas quality management method in the field of construction and quality system status are analyzed, at the same time, the dynamic reliability research status at home and abroad are analyzed. Systems engineering and grey correlation methods are used to study on construction quality management and the influencing factors, and calculate the weight between the factors.(2) The characteristics of neural networks, colony algorithm, genetic algorithm and adaptive simulated annealing reliability optimization algorithms are analyzed and compared. Based on the model feature, the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm is suitable for the nonlinear optimization model.(3) The reliability improvement feasible index(RIFI) which is affected by quality factors is analyzed in this paper, and the RIFI index is introduced into the nonlinear programming reliability optimization model which is established by reliability block diagram method. In the Isight software environment, construction system reliability is optimized by using the adaptive simulated annealing algorithm improved by grey theory under the condition of different RIFI. And the corresponding quality control measures are put forward. It has certain reference significance to improve real-time monitoring ability of construction system.
