| With the orderly way of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,and the release of a series of policies such as "transit rail",the transfer of bulk goods and long-distance freight to railway transport has been accelerated.According to the data of the delivery volume and turnover volume of railway freight from 2016 to the present,the future railway freight volume will still show a trend of medium and high speed and stable growth.Railway transport enterprises are needing to face both challenges and opportunities in the freight market competition because they ignore the development of the information,modern logistics and basic operation management of the railway siding such as the local branch railway and the liaison line.Therefore,in order to meet the future demand of railway freight and realize the consumption and emission reduction of railway transport enterprises,it chooses to optimize the freight scheduling arrangement of district transfer trains to improve the logistics efficiency of the railway siding in the paper.Starting from the basic operation of the local railway hub,it adopts more scientific scheduling strategies to solve the freight scheduling problem of district transfer trains dominated by human strategies in the paper.Firstly,the existing literatures are reviewed from three aspects: station scheduling plan,truck pick-up and delivery scheduling strategy and vehicle routing optimization algorithm.Secondly,aiming at the tree-shaped railway sidings in the railway hub,it looks at these in the next condition,the freight of district transfer trains under the constraints of the traction capacity of the locomotive,the stay time of the freight car in the station,the route of district transfer train and the operation time of the loading and unloading station,and establishes a mathematical model aiming at the minimum total freight dispatching cost.In adition,in order to solve the combinatorial optimization problem in this kind of actual situation,it takes the station stage plan as the research unit,uses the simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the route sequence of district transfer trains,designs a scientific solution strategy,and arranges the final freight scheduling optimization scheme according to the characteristics of the studied stations in this paper.Finally,the feasibility of the model and the solution strategy was checked on simulating the experimental scene of a railway hub in Beijing Railway Bureau,and suggestions on improving the utilization rate of railway sidings and district transfer train scheduling optimization were provided. |
