In today’s increasingly fierce competition of construction market, security problem has become an important factor to hinder the national economic construction and social stability and development, the focus of it is also the focus of attention of the society, which had caused people’s attention to the safety management. In this paper, the construction project safety and quality management as the research object, the H section of Nanning subway station construction project in the implementation process of the risk of safety management in the process of a detailed analysis. Research mainly include:project safety management basic theory elaboration, Nanning H section of subway station construction project safety management risk identification, Nanning H section of subway station construction project safety risk analysis and assessment and Nanning H section of subway station construction project safety management optimization measures.Through the research of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1) Nanning H section of subway station construction project safety risk management is mainly manifested as the five main factors, safety management organizational structure factors, environmental factors, material factors, personnel factors, machinery and equipment factors, as well as the into line segments of 20 sub factors; (2) Nanning H section of subway station construction project safety management risk ranking results can be seen, the safety management of the project risk level seven, eight second level of risk, risk, risk 3 in the presence of. (3) the risk of safety management of construction project of Nanning H metro station is "minor" probability, and the adverse effect of project safety management is "general" ". (4) in view of the problems in the implementation process of the construction project of the H section of Nanning metro station, this paper makes a further optimization of the project safety management system based on the PDCA cycle method.
