With the rapid development of the national economy,the construction of rail transportation would be a trend for city development.Different from general tunnel construction,track area in metro construction is mostly in underground confined space,and even has an underground section of up to 5km.In this environment,civil communication signals cannot be covered,GPS signal cannot be reached either.Track area is full of cross operation multi-face,construction units and construction majors.The cooperation Between project managers and workers is a difficult problem,security risks have also occurred,Therefore,how to reduce the safety risk of track area personnel has become an urgent problem for the managers.The backward management mode is the key reason to the ineffective safety management.Tunnel safety management is mainly to human management.Only by controlling the qualification and operation area of the approach personnel,can realize the complete construction site personnel management system,and the safety management of point to point personnel can be realized.The control of personnel qualification depends mainly on the perfect audit system,and the management of personnel operation area needs the combination of BIM model and new positioning tools.Therefore,only when the safety management mode of the construction site changes to modernization,information and intelligence,can improve the safety management level fundamentally.This paper studies the application of BIM+RFID technology in safety management of Guangzhou track area construction,to found that the current safety problem of metro track area is mainly manifested in the hazards cannot be precise by controlling regulations mode,so the introduction of more advanced,more efficient and more intelligent technology is necessary to change the situation.As a core member of the Guangzhou Metro BIM Research&Development team,I have participated in the development management of Guangzhou metro information model(BIM)platform and the positioning system in Line 4.In the process of the application of BIM and RFID in metro project,I found that they need to be integrated together to achieve the management of workers in the track area.From December 2016 to June 2017,as a core member,I get involved in the development and application of Guangzhou Metro BIM+RFID system,used the grey relational analysis method to find that:the project based on the management of the traditional way scored 0.609,and the project based on the management of the BIM+RFID technology scored 0.677,which makes the track area construction safer.In the work efficiency,BIM technology makes the track area shorten the duration of 15 days,save the cost of 15%,RFID technology makes the control range of a dispatcher increased to 30 segments,with more extension of the scope of management and more efficient way than the traditional mode of management.At present,the costs of Research&Development and hardware required by the new mode are 3 to 4 times higher than the traditional mode,but under the background of management fees is rising every year,the BIM+RFID system would be the one of the best choice.This paper is just a preliminary achievement,with national informatization promotion efforts and BIM technology in the vigorous development of the domestic construction industry,the metro project management capacity will be further improved,a safety management field will get more achievements in the future,the safety management level of Chinese track area in metro construction will also reach to a new step.
