With the theory of mechanical design and CAD technology have developed, the CAD technology became the essential method of mechanical engineering design. Especially in recent years, the CAD system has carried on the integrating the modeling technology, rigid dynamics analysis method, finite element analysis algorithm and elastodynamics method. It can facilitate the majority of processes of machine design under a platform. As to lighten the working strength of design, improve design quality, reduce product development, speed up product design has obvious advantages, etc. We can think that the CAD technology is the method that the modern mechanical design engineer must master.This paper plans to take the biomass compacting shape machine integral unit system designed by traditional method as the research object, in view of the problems of unit in operation, using the most widely used SolidWorks system at present, realizing the modeling of unit, applying SW-MOTION, SW-SIMULATION and other functions to analyze the unit overall dynamics performance, discovering the design and parameter which influence machine capability imperfect, proposing opinion of improve design, making this unit work is smoother and safe. The goal is in design improvement foundation, exploring the general method of using the CAD technology to complete complex unit overall kinetic analysis and crucial element design, provides the reference for the design of similar unit.In this paper, the main research contents and technical route for:(1)surveyed and mapped unit structure, referred to structure parameters of the key components and quality coefficient of parameters, In order to determine the further test points and conditions, observed vibration and other phenomena in the different operating mode conditions,;(2)used electrical measuring technology to measure vibration of the essential key position under the unit main work condition, analyze the vibration characteristic, provided the necessary parameters for CAD simulation analysis;(3) The geometric model is established, connection relationship between the parts. The unit base structure and other aspects was studied in detail,, then building the elastodynamics model;(4) Carried on the rigid dynamics analysis with SW-SIMULAITON to the complete machine of unit, tested with the actual measurement result, get the inosculation of 80% or more,analyzed the primary cause for vibration, ideas was proposed to reduces the mentality of vibration, improved the design of the various parts position arrangement and base structures;(5) In view of the cyclone separator work effect not obvious issue which in the original unit, used fluid mechanics analysis method to simulate separator in working status, get the internal air flow movement and separation of the particles in the air flow field under the action of situation, through the analysis of simulation results to improve the design of the size of separator.The computing technique that used in this article research has certain representation in modern design method It used the modern mechanical design technology and combined many design theories with technology. The concrete computing technique used in the article has certain versatility and higher reference value. In the same time, proposed many suggestions for the unit. Meanwhile in view of the concrete unit, proposed many suggestions. The research has a guiding significance to the next generation unit.
