Researching On Quality Control At Exhibition Construction

In recent years, the exhibition industry of China is showing a trend of rapid development, which directly led to the development of the domestic economy. As the main form of enterprises participating in the exhibition, the exhibition building quality directly reflects the level of Chinese manufacturing. However, in the process of exhibition building construction, it often occurs various quality problems due to the poor management, which has a negative effect. Therefore, how to use advanced quality management to identify, analyze and control the problems, is an important issue to be concerned and solvedOn the basis of consulting a large number of documents, this thesis makes a deep analysis of the common quality problems of the exhibition building construction projects, and the main works are as follows:1. To learn the responsibility of all participants in project by using expert interview method, as the basis for research and improvement;2. To learn and summarize the common quality problems of the Medical Instrument Exhibition construction project by conducting a questionnaire survey;3. To analysis the root causes of the common quality problems from the five aspects of man, machine, material, method and environment, by using Brain-storming method;4. Making measures to solve the quality problems according to the root causes before.In the end of the thesis, the effectiveness of measures should be verified by using in a practical case of the Medical Instrument Exhibition construction project.
