| In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development, urbanization process and motorization level continuing to move forward, the urban transport has become one of the important issues that affect urban sustainable development. And the coordination of land-use and transportation is prerequisite for solving the traffic problems, In view of the access is key to understand the interaction between land-use and transportation, so transportation plans that improving travel quality by increasing accessibility can solve the traffic problems effectively. Therefore, the theory about the accessibility is of great significance.Firstly, the definition, content and evaluation methods of transportation accessibility are introduced. In the paper, transportation accessibility is defined as:the transportation accessibility is the degree of convenience from a given location to a destination based on some kind of transportation, and using the weighted average distance or time to measure. Research scope of accessibility is divided from different dimension and there are three main aspects:spatial scale, trip purpose and trip mode. And we study employment, education, business service and green square accessibility in range of research from these three aspects. Besides, describe the accessibility features from concept and measurement method based on it’s definition. And put forward four influence elements which include transportation, land utilization, time factor and individual factor. In addition, by analyzing five basic models, we can get the conclusion that the spatial block model and spatial-interaction model provide inspiration for the paper. What" more, the viewpoint that accessibility is more suitable than mobility to be goals of transportation planning is proposed based on the comparison between the two in the paper.The urban transportation accessibility mode which is based on trip purpose is put forward on the basic of definition, intension and base models. This model using trip distance or trip time as dimension, using terminal attraction as destination selection probability, and apply weighted average of space obstacles between origin and destination to be numerical value of transportation accessibility. Then parameters which reflects the degree of impedance influence is given based on different trip purpose. In addition, three indicators of accessibility and evaluation standard which is based on different urban size and trip purpose are put forward in this paper.At last, the paper selects an area of Handan as research object, takes advantage of the model which based on trip purpose to calculate accessibility indicators. And respectively analysis the employment accessibility, education accessibility, shopping and entertainment accessibility and green square accessibility in the research scope to explain the use of model and indicators. |
