According to the statistical analysis of the in-situ observation dates in different time, which are the ice temperature, wind speed, solar radiation and ice thickness, measured in Hei Longjiang province hongqipao reservoir and the dates, which are cloud cover, humidity and sea level pressure downloaded from anda weather stations in China Meteorological Data Sharing Service System in 2009-2010 winter, the main factors influencing the characteristic value are determined. Consider certain factors on snow / ice surface temperature, change this factor, other factors kept a relatively fixed, so as to analyze the sensitivity of the factors on the surface temperature influence. The main results of this paper are summarized as follows:1. Based on snow/ice surface thermal balance equation, the main factors influence the snow / ice surface temperature with ice temperature, net radiation, wind speed, ice thickness, humidity, cloudiness and air pressure. Consider certain factors on snow / ice surface temperature, change this factor, other factors kept a relatively fixed, so as to analyze the sensitivity of the factors on the surface temperature influence.2. Through the sensitivity analysis obtained the formula between Hongqipao reservoir of the above seven factors and the snow / ice surface temperature. No effect of the pressure of snow / ice surface temperature, the variation of air temperature, wind speed and net radiation are in the same order as they are in the range of observation, change of ice thickness, humidity, cloudiness and the amount of them in the measurement of the resolution range is more than 25 times. Therefore, the sensitive factors that affect the surface temperature of snow and ice are air temperature, wind speed and net radiation, and other factors are non sensitive factors. It can be ignored in engineering simplified calculation. The results can provide reference for the study of the formation and numerical simulation of fresh water ice in reservoir.
